What formula is used to work backward to product cost?
The tool uses target margin, selling price, referral fee rate, ad ratio, return rate and fixed costs to estimate the maximum acceptable product cost.
Why can the target be unreachable?
If selling price minus fees and target profit cannot cover the remaining costs, the target margin is unreachable even when product cost is zero.
